Our rates are including VAT and indication rates which may change. The room rates are for one or two adults and two children under the age of 18 years sharing one room.

Our Continental Breakfast is complimentary.

The Shuttle Bus between the hotel and the airport is free of charge.

The City Tax is charged additionally to the room rate and is at CHF 2.95 per person and night. The tax includes a free Geneva transportation card.

Parking charge per 24 hours is at CHF 15.00. The first 30 minutes are free of charge.

Dogs are allowed and welcome at the daily rate of CHF 20.00

A Computer-Corner/Business-Centre with internet access is available in the lobby next to the front desk. Six minutes are at the rate of CHF 1.00, one hour is at CHF 9.00

Cash payment with Swiss Francs, Euros, Dollars, Yen and British Pounds.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB.

Only Swiss EC-Cards are accepted.

We also accept Traveller cheques, which we exchange without charging a commission. Common currencies and Traveller cheques may only be exchanged by guests of the hotel

Reservation- and Cancellation Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Without guarantee the rooms will be held until 4 pm and thereafter sold again.

Cancellations must be maid 24 hours prior to arrival. Delayed cancellations as well as non-occupied rooms will be charged at the confirmed room rate of one night.

Conference Facilities

The daily rate for our conference rooms are between CHF 100.00 and CHF 300.00 including two coffee breaks, mineral water, a projector and a flip-chart. A video-beamer will be at your disposal for CHF 300.00 per day.
